A Letter from Penshurst, Victoria
This is Eloise Cameron with Yarborough Taffeta after the Penshurst Pony Club Gymkhana on 3rd March 2007.
(Penshurst is in the Hamilton region in Western Victoria) Eloise proudly won Champion Rider of the Pony ring for the day on her beloved “Taffy”. Taffy won a lot of ribbons as you can see.
They had a highly successful season, being placed at most One Day Events they attended.
The year was then seriously interrupted with Equine Influenza. Eloise has now moved on to “Taffy’s” big sister a full blood New Forest pony, “Yarborough Georgette”.
(These two ponies are both by Wootton Shooting Star out of Woodrow Chantilly Lace - both imported ponies.) Eloise’s little sister now rides “Taffy” and we are now waiting for some events to attend.
