BRIGHT BAY 8 YEAR OLD GELDING 13.1 1/2 HH
Purchased as a 3yo to be my daughter’s first pony, he took her from complete beginner to grade 2 horse trials and SJ up to 1.10m courses at competition.
Impeccable saddle manners and a true school master, Taddy is currently on loan as a school pony, teaching children as young as 5yo to ride.
He is a superb athlete, and has jumped over 1.40 at home. He excels at dressage, SJ, cross country and games, and is a fun all round highly competitive mount.
Faultless and correct dressage, with laterals fully established. Previously on loan to a young friend after his owner grew out of him, he won over 15 consecutive SJ comps at gymkhanas, Ag shows, and interschools.
Has won and placed at Tintern Horse Trials, EFA interschools, VEC interschools, and has far too many outstanding results to list.
Has evented at state level, and competed successfully at most PC, EFA and HRCAV disciplines.
Taddy also won a place on the state games team (until they realized his rider was under the minimum age!).
Also a highly successful show pony with many champions and even an Ag show Supreme Champ to his credit.
He is the perfect second pony.
Prefer highly competitive and ambitious rider to take Taddy back to the top.
